An affordable AI vision system for pool robots

We're excited to share our latest project with DB Robot: empowering a pool robot with a cutting-edge yet affordable AI vision system. By combining image machine learning, object detection and a low-profile edge computer paired with a compact camera, we developed a highly capable AI camera for under AUD $100.

The system provides the "eyes" and the "brain" of the robot, letting it identify leaves and debris in the swimming pool and plan its work accordingly. The result is a smarter, more efficient cleaning robot that works harder and faster — without breaking the bank.
